Yaskawa Electric Corporation (“Yaskawa Electric” Representative Director, Chairman and President: Junji Tsuda) commemorates its 100th anniversary in 2015. Marking this special anniversary, the Yaskawa Group is renewing its corporate logo to declare its intention to evolve and grow further as a global corporation. Starting March 21, 2015, we will conduct all corporate activities with the new logo and build a new brand toward the coming 100 years.
It is a simple logo expressing a sense of trust and stability using capital letters that realize both visibility and legibility. Supple curved lines express flexibility and creativity of Yaskawa employees that create solutions to various problems. They also give an image of humanity, showing our customer-oriented culture. The lines extending upward express Yaskawa’s intention to expand its global business and its potential.
Since the foundation in 1915, Yaskawa Electric’s corporate logo has gone through transitions with the times. Inheriting the brand value built over the past 100 years, we will create new and distinctive value of Yaskawa as described in the new logo, and aim to become a global corporation that continues to develop together with the society.
