Full-scale current vector directly controls the torque, based on contemporary control theories such as magnetic flux observer, neuro control, etc. Allows 1/100 low-speed to high starting torque and overcomes a tough start even without PG. Four New Integrated Control Systems Allow Optimum Drive for All Applications
The four control systems of flux vector control (with/without PG), V/f control (conventional type, with PG feedback) are integrated in a single unit. Can be applied to a wide range of applications from servo class precision machines to rough multi-motor drives, just by simple switching of parameters. Help users with standardization of machines.

  • Vector control without PG is the factory setting. V/f control is suitable for operating multiple motors. Motors with PG can also be applied for high precision vector operation.
  • The optional PG control card is required for PG control.
  • Also apply our general purpose motor or exclusive use motor for low-speed high-torque continuous operation.
  • Use inverter model whose capacity is larger than motor output at 1/10 or lees low speed operation.

Accurate Torque Control
The precision torque control function allows accurate control of the output torque.
Allows safe operation without tripping, even in the rare case of an error. Capability is best shown in indexing machines and dead weight indexing machines.

The unique flux vector control immediately expands the continuous operation range of the general-purpose motor. 100% continuous operation can be achieved for up to 6Hz without reducing the load.
80% constant torque continuous operation can be achieved even in the 1:20 range. Control can be used also with general-purpose motors as follows.

Further Reduction of Noise and Improvement of Efficiency by Flux Vector Control
The optimization of the motor's internal flux, and high-carrier frequency PWM effect dramatically reduces the electromagnetic noise at low speeds.
